Ordering through our online ordering partner

The "Order Now" buttons on this site take you to TableTeq, a third-party online ordering platform. Your order, your payment and your account (if you create one) are handled on TableTeq's platform under TableTeq's own terms of service and privacy policy, not these Terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security or conduct of that platform, though we are of course responsible for the food we make and hand you.

An order is not accepted until we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order — and refund any payment taken — if an item is out of stock, if the order cannot be prepared, if pricing was displayed in error, or if we suspect fraud or abuse.

Menu, pricing and availability

We try to keep the menu on this site accurate and current, but the prices and item availability shown at checkout on our ordering platform are the ones that apply to your order. Prices are subject to change without notice, and printed or on-site prices may differ from online prices. Applicable Kentucky sales tax is added at checkout. Some items are seasonal or limited, and daily specials are not available on holidays.

Pickup and delivery

Quoted preparation and pickup times are estimates, not guarantees. Please pick your order up promptly — we cannot guarantee food quality or food safety for orders left uncollected, and we are not able to remake or refund an order that was collected long after it was ready. Where delivery is offered, it may be provided by a third-party service subject to that service's own terms, fees and delivery area.

Food allergies and safety

Consuming raw or undercooked meats or poultry may increase your risk of foodborne illness.

Our kitchen prepares food containing wheat, dairy, egg, soy, fish and shellfish in shared equipment and shared spaces. We cannot guarantee that any item is free of a given allergen, and ingredients may change without notice. If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, please tell us directly at (859) 298-2112 before ordering. You are responsible for the suitability of the food you order for your own health needs.

Cancellations and refunds

Because food is made to order, orders generally cannot be cancelled once preparation has begun. If something is wrong with your order, contact us at (859) 298-2112 on the same day and we will make it right — typically by remaking the item or issuing a refund. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank and on our ordering platform's processing times.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to break the law, to interfere with or disrupt the site, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, to scrape or copy it at scale, or to place fraudulent or abusive orders. We may restrict access to anyone who does.

Intellectual property

The Angilo's name, logo, mascot, menu content, photography and site design are the property of their respective owners and are protected by trademark and copyright law. You may not reproduce or use them commercially without written permission. You may of course share links to this site.

Third-party links

This site links to third parties, including our ordering platform and mapping services. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

This website is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by Kentucky law, our total liability arising out of or relating to your use of this website or any order placed through it is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing law
