Accessibility Statement

Angilo's Pizza in Cynthiana wants everyone to be able to read our menu, find our hours and place an order — including people who use screen readers, magnification, voice control or a keyboard instead of a mouse.

Our commitment

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA across this website. We treat accessibility as part of building and maintaining the site, not as a one-time task.

What we've done

• Our menu is real text, not a picture. Every item, description and price is marked up as text a screen reader can read and a browser can enlarge or reflow.
• Keyboard access. Every link, button and control can be reached and operated with a keyboard, focus is always visible, and a "Skip to main content" link lets you jump past the header.
• Structure. Pages use proper headings, landmarks and lists, so you can navigate by structure rather than reading top to bottom.
• Colour and contrast. Text and interface colours are chosen to meet WCAG AA contrast ratios, and colour is never the only way information is conveyed.
• Images. Photographs carry descriptive alternative text; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
• Zoom and small screens. The site reflows to 320px and to 200% zoom without loss of content or horizontal scrolling.
• Motion. We honour your operating system's "reduce motion" setting.
• The map loads on request. The Google Maps embed on our Visit Us page is behind a button, so it never interrupts a screen reader unexpectedly, and a plain-text address and directions link are always available instead.

Known limitations

We'd rather tell you about these than have you discover them:

• Our printed menu PDF is a scanned image and is not readable by a screen reader. That is exactly why the menu on this site is real text — please use the menu page rather than any printed or downloaded PDF. If you need the menu read to you, call us and we'll go through it.
• Online ordering runs on a third-party platform. When you click "Order Now" you move to TableTeq's website, which we don't build or control, so we can't guarantee its accessibility. If you hit a barrier there, call us at (859) 298-2112 and we will take your order over the phone — same menu, same prices.
• The embedded Google map is third-party content with limited accessibility. The full address and a directions link are always available as text.

Assessment and date

This statement covers this website. Accessibility was evaluated by internal review during development, including keyboard-only navigation, contrast checking and testing at mobile, tablet and desktop widths. It has not yet been audited by an independent third party.
